If you've arrived here, it means we share an interest. Nice! Please see below for what I generally like in fic just in case you need a direction to go in - however if you have an idea already, by all means run with it!

Generally I always love: romance, comedy, angst, boring day-in-the-life fic. I love characters who try very hard and yet still fail at dealing with their feelings. Daily situations that are so benign but seem SERIOUS at the time. Secret crushes, characters suffering pathetically under the weight of their feelings (when they could just talk and probably fix everything!) Lowkey conflict and the resulting foibles and humor is my jam. I also love when something unexplained in canon is explored. Not all my fandoms fall into this, but a dynamic I love is Neurotic, Faily Guy being pursued by Chill, Unfoundedly Confident Guy.
I equally love plotty/tropey stories (like pretend dating, hypothermia, five-times, boring office settings, coffeeshops, crossdressing, goofy disguises, only one bed, trapped in a closet etc.). I also suuper love epistolary moments in fic with letters/emails/texts/etc.
Do Not Want: het fic, sexual violence, pregnancy of any kind, fic about a pairing other than my requested.
REQUESTED FANDOMS
After Gob's rival Tony Wonder rebrands himself as the Gay Magician, Gob seduces Tony Wonder (and Tony seduces Gob) as an act of revenge, but the two begin to have feelings for each other. They are tricked into sleeping with each other, while wearing masks of each other's faces.
My favorite thing ever is when Gob, heartbroken, seeks help at a closet store because he thinks it's a conversion therapy company. After recounting the long story of his relationship with Tony and the ensuing heartbreak to the salespeople there, he realizes he is at an actual closet company, so is forced to buy it so none of the employees will tell his secret.
I love these dummies. I know there is a ton of excellent fic for this ship already, but that is because it is hilarious and perfect and we need more!

Yes Ayn Rand is deeply problematic but hear me out: She somehow wrote the best gay romance, clearly accidentally, that has stuck with me for the 10 years since reading this book. Rearden is this no-nonsense, unsmiling business tycoon and d'Anconia is sort of a rich playboy type who runs copper mills and brings light to Rearden's life. Rearden is drawn to d'Anconia, and spends the whole book mooning after him, even after he's hooked up with Dagny. And then, when they've both moved to the valley together, the last scene is them by the fireside in Hank's cabin.

- In the last episode of the show, Tony and Gob both claim to them have actually been straight this whole time...so they decide to do "just hand stuff" moving forward. I would love a story that picks up from there, where they think doing just hand stuff does not "count". Meanwhile, maybe everyone else easily accepts they are in a relationship or maybe they once again get tangled up with the gay mafia? Or maybe somehow George Michael or Maeby has to step in and save the day. Basically, how does this decision work out for them.
- Tony has always surprised Gob - from hiding in small spaces like suitcases, to impressing him with his illusions, to faking his own death and then showing up to heal Gob's broken heart. How does he keep surprising Gob once they restart their friends with benefits situation?
- Would love to see Gob and Tony trying to sneak around. Meanwhile everyone in their family and social circle are perfectly aware of what's going on and no one cares. Would love to see moments of this, or have Gob outraged that no one is overly invested in his gay drama.

- I'm honestly not sure what I want to read for this. Just anything that centers one of the things I love: the yearning, the extreme chemistry, the focus on physicality and also intelligence. A fic about them living together at the end maybe?

The Secret of Us is the best lesbian drama I've seen! The main plot is about ex-girlfriends falling in love again. However, the relationship is very complete so I am not asking for fic of the main couple.
Instead, I'd love a story centering Dr. Falada's work buddy Dr. Tan, who ends up with Dr. Faladah's intended husband, Dr. Wisanu. Feel free to feature any other members of our cast as well, I love them all. Yes, even Rattee, even though she's annoying as heck. My favorite character is Pi Suzie.

- What else happened at the conference that Tan and Wisanu attended together? What happened after Wisanu fell asleep on Tan's shoulder just as he was about to kiss him?
- Fill in the blanks between the conference and the wedding. Do people find out? Are there hijinks? Do they confess their feelings?
- I love love loved the awkward scene where they were putting on new shirts and Tan tried to administer burn cream but ended up just poking at Wisanu's abs. Maybe this slight awkwardness continues into their relationship?
- It was very refreshing that we got a realizing-he-might-be-gay storyline for Wisanu, and that Tan is clearly more experienced or at least in tune with his emotions.
- Anything you'd like to write about these two, I will devour!

I've been a big fan of these two for years, and watching recent interviews their chemistry is so incredible. They seem to genuinely find each other hilarious and also hot. There's something about them being two guys who knew each other before fame, who are the only ones who can understand what the other is going through and who can keep each other grounded.

- I'd loooove a story about how difficult it is to work on set with your hilarious and charming co-star, especially when you're being paid to make out with him. Maybe it's even harder because a long time ago one had a thing for the other that he never acted on. Clearly the two have been longing for one another for years - whether in a world-ending feelingsy way or something more lowkey UST is up to you! Or maybe they "help each other out" and only then are blindsided by Feelings.
- What is their relationship like now that they aren't filming OFMD? Cue the yearning.
- Do Not Wants: No character bleed fic, please. Also I'm very happy with infidelity fic or an alternate universe where they never got married to their wives, but please don't show the wives as characters on screen. (especially them "signing off" on T&R hooking up)
